Q1:How is quality ensured? What certificate do you have?
A:We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, IATF16949 automotive quality system certification, we have a professional quality team and professional inspection and testing equipment to ensure quality.
Q2:What's your delivery time?
A: It depends on quantity, generally screws will takes 15-25 days after order confirmation(7-15 days for mold opening and 5-10 days for production and processing). CNC machining parts and turning parts usually take 10-20 days.
Q3:Do you offer custom products?
A:If you have your own product drawing or a sample,please send us,and we can custom-made the hardware as your requied,we have a professional technical team, if possible we also will provide our professional advices of the products.
Q4:How should I order and manke payment?
A:For bulk production,30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. 100% in advance if less than USD 5000.
Q5:What material of the product can you supply?
A:Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nylon, steel, etc.
Q6:Which surface treatments do you support?
A:Polishing,Painting ; Chroming,Andizing, Brushing; Texture, Sandblasting;UV coating

Q8:What is your MOQ? Can it be less?
A:The MOQ of screw is 50K pcs, The MOQ of CNC parts and car parts is 1K pcs, or more than 500 USD in total is available. If the quantity is too small, we suggest that customize it according to the sample order. We will arrange the processing for you at the lowest acceptable cost for each sample order, which may be able to solve the problem.
Q9:Can you give me help if my products are very urgent?
